yeah, it's hard telling people it is one of the most embarrassing things to have because of how everyone thinks of anything to do with bowels or wind. Its easy to tell people that you have migraines or any other health problem but how do u explain to someone that you hav a problem with ur bowel that has embarassing symptoms...One of the best things for me was that a girl in my year level i eventually found out had IBS bad like i did so we could talk about it without people judging or being freaked out.
