Hiya. My IBS started after taking the pill for bad periods, and i know that that can delay a period as well. Some of the IBS sites of been to, a lot of woman say how their IBS symptoms alternate around their Period, i kno mine gets a lot worse. My periods were comming every two weeks. Sometimes if i move around a lot it tends to end a lot quicker, and I take Evening Primrose Oil, which really seems to have helped.
